 晚會除了有豐盛的美味佳餚外，還有精彩的表演節目、卡拉OK、摸彩抽獎和舞會。歡迎校友們攜眷邀友參加。晚會節目表。

 Community service activity
Please invite your family and your friends to join with us for BEINU's "Community Service Day". We had chosen "Interfaith Clothing Center" at Rockville, Maryland as our service center. The Interfaith Clothing Center serves thousands of families each year by
distributing clothing and household items to low income families in Montgomery County.
Our jobs will be doing sorting, folding and display the clothing at the Center. We still
need more volunteers for the afternoon shift. Hope you can come out to help.

您想知道有關[中風]的來龍去脈嗎？ 大華府區北一女校友會將于四月二十六日, 週日下午二時至四時, 假台北經文辦事處文化中心, 舉辦健康講座：[中風的真相]。特別請到華府著名的脈管神經科專門醫師 Dr. Amie Hsia 講解中風的始因, 如何辨認它的徵兆, 治療中風的方法, 以及怎樣預防它的發生。了解了這些前因後果, 將更能協助您去預防中風, 或是減輕病情。
Dr. Hsia于哈佛大學畢業後, 繼續在杜克大學 深造, 獲得醫科學位, 並曾任史丹福大學的總住院醫師。Dr. Hsia 目前不僅是一位vascular neurologist, 她還是Washington Hospital Center Stroke Center 的 medical director, NIH Stroke Program at Washington Hospital Center 的 program manager 以及喬治城大學的助理教授。
Dr. Hsia 帶著豐富的醫藥學識和臨床經驗回到她生長的大華府區, 以先進的醫學方法為本地罹患中風的居民診療。 此外, 她還致力研究如何用 advanced neuroimaging 來發展急性中風的治療方法。

許多人受到青光眼, 乾眼症和各種視網膜病變的困擾, 造成生活和心理上極大的不適和壓力, 所以, 了解這些眼疾的來龍去脈, 就變成十分重要的課題.
大華府區北一女校友會將于四月十八日, 週日下午二時至四時, 假台北經文辦事處文化中心, 舉辦青光眼, 乾眼症, 糖尿病視網膜病變, 視網膜破裂和剝離健康講座, 特別請到華府眼科專科醫師 Dr. Jeffrey Chung (鍾耀輝醫師) 講解這些眼疾的始因, 徵兆, 以及治療與預防的方法. 鍾耀輝醫師于密西根大學畢業後, 繼續在紐約州立大學深造, 獲得醫科學位, 曾任底特律醫學中心的住院醫師, 並在該中心擔任青光眼和視網膜研究員。後來鍾醫師更在Cleveland Clinic 完成了嚴格的視網膜手術訓練和黃斑病變研究.
鍾醫師在兩年前帶著豐富的醫藥學識和臨床經驗來到大華府區, 以先進的醫學方法為本地罹患眼疾的居民診療

 International Folk Dance Class
 Instructor - Sandy Lee (class of 1971)
CCACC (美京華人活動中心) starts an ' International Folk Dance' class in November. This class teaches famous folk dances from many countries in the world, including group dances, couple dances, square dances and more.
Folk dance combines beautiful music and easy to learn steps for both men and women. It is a dance for all ages. Several trials at Tilden Middle School and Culture Center in September attracted many people. They all had lots of fun! At the request of many beginners, the class will begin with the most basic steps and the simplest music.
Time: 12:30 pm --- 2:00 pm (Saturdays)
