Smart BEINU girls learned fast and had lots of fun to pick up different styles of line dancing. Now the fall session will start on Oct. 1. If you are interested, please contract Mrs. Huang (301-924-9229) or Kang Liu Cheng (301-299-6370), or simply show up at the following location and time. The location and time will stay permanent from now on. Time: 10 AM to 11:30 AM (Sundays) Place: The Chinese TECRO Center, 901 Wind River Lane, Gaithersburg, MD. Cost: $50/10 classes Ben has another class on Saturdays (2:30 PM - 4 PM) at the same location. It can be used for make-up class if you miss the regular Sunday's one, or vise versa if you're the Saturday's student. 2. International Folk Dance Class (New information) Instructor - Sandy Lee (class of 1971) CCACC( 美京華人活動中心 ) starts an ' International Folk Dance' class in November. This class teaches famous folk dances from many countries in the world, including group dances, couple dances, square dances and more. Folk dance combines beautiful music and easy to learn steps for both men and women. It is a dance for all ages. Several trials at Tilden Middle School and Culture Center in September attracted many people. They all had lots of fun! At the request of many beginners, the class will begin with the most basic steps and the simplest music. The first session will start on Saturday 11-4-06.
